The Iterative Space, a beautiful, collaborative workspace in North Denver (3636 Osage St, Denver, CO), is available to rent. Whether you are an educator, a school, or a nonprofit organization, we would love to host you! We have a number of different spaces to suit your meeting or event needs.
About the Space
Our space is an informal, collaborative environment that works well for networking, connections, ideation, fireside chats and sharing a meal for up to 30 people.
It is less ideal for formal board meetings, or meetings needing traditional conference tables or configurations of chairs and tables.
Our hope in sharing the space is to:

We want to make this space accessible to foster collaboration and connection in advancing learning innovation in Denver. The system we implemented for renting the space is self-service and transparent so you can see what’s available and book as you need and want.
We also don’t want cost to be a barrier. We’ve identified different pricing tiers to try to accommodate the widest range of possibilities for you to be able to reserve the right spaces for your needs. When renting the space, we welcome and encourage you to settle in for the day; the day rates listed below assume a nine-hour rental. The space is also available to rent by the hour if this is more fitting to your needs.
Sprouting Organization
If you are a brand new organization in the beginning stages of your growth, this is the option for you! This is the preferred pricing option for organizations that are just getting started.
Seedling Organization
If you are an organization developing its roots, this is the option for you! This is the preferred pricing option for organizations that are in growing stages and able to partially cover the costs of using the space.
Budding Organization
If you are an organization that is firmly rooted, this is the option for you! This is the preferred pricing option for organizations that are well-established and able to contribute the true costs of using the space.
Blooming Organization
If you are an organization that is spreading your roots by paving the way for and inspiring others, this is the option for you! This is the preferred option for organizations that are both well-established and able to contribute more than the cost of using the space.
Iterative Space Member
If you are a ripened organization with a widespread reach, a membership to our space is a great option for you! An annual, flat fee gets you unlimited access to the space when it is available. This is an ideal option for organizations that are very well-established with a recurring need for a convening space.

The Space
Warm and welcoming, casual and collaborative, our open-concept space is ideal for dreamers, innovators, movers, and shakers to share their inspirations over a fire or shared meal. Features of the space include:
A living room set with sofa and chairs around a large monitor/screen for viewing or sharing
A small seating area around a fireplace
Two small high top tables for small group conversations
Six whiteboards to capture and share your thinking
A large dining table that seats up to 16 (+ folding tables and chairs to accommodate up to 30 people total)
A large chef's kitchen with counters perfect for a catered buffet and cabinets stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, and glassware.
This space is great for hosting a meeting for a larger group. All-day or multi-day events, team retreats, a group work session, or a design sprint are all great ways to make use of this space! It is also a great space to host a dinner or other special event.
Additional Features
Shared space
The Iterative Space is the offices of Great Work, Inc. and Embark Education. If you book the space during the working hours you will likely see a few of us around. We’ll definitely say “hi” and introduce ourselves. We LOVE having you here! Additionally, unless you reserve the whole house there might be another group using one of the other spaces. Everyone has access to snacks and drinks in the kitchen.
Snacks and Drinks
When you book the space you will have access to a refrigerator stocked with nonalcoholic drinks - think soda, seltzer, ice tea, kombucha - and a cabinet full of a wide variety of snacks.
Office and Meeting supplies
You are welcome to access the supply closet full of paper, chart paper, markers, pens, post-its, etc., should the need arise while you’re here.
